Welcome to FrankfurtNavigator.com, an English-language community site for the greater Frankfurt area. While the intended “target audience” is the significant portion of Frankfurt residents who are non-German and do better in English, we welcome native Germans who would like to practice their English and share a bit about their culture and home city.

The Museumsuferfest is celebrated in Frankfurt along both banks of the Main river every summer in late August with many different performance stages featuring drama, music of all kinds, poetry readings, and many other events. Of course there are plenty of options for food from booths representing cuisines from all over, lots of interesting things to buy from vendors, and there are “Dragon Boat” races on the river with teams from different local businesses competing.
